On top of the unique beach-house design, guest can enjoy a new bathroom, professional stove, Weber BBQ, 85 inch smart TV with new air conditioners and beds in every room. Aqua house has its own parking for 2-3 cars in front of the house.

House Rules
Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM 🅿️Parking: Space for 2 cars in front of the house. 🏡 House Rules - No shoes or smoking indoors. - Quiet hours: Please be inside by 9pm and minimize noise after 10:00 PM. - Pets: Not allowed on beds (¥6,000 cleaning fee if sheets need replaced). - BBQ: Extinguish after use; clean grill and place ashes in the burnable garbage bag. - Garbage: Seperate bottles, cans, pet bottles and burnable garbage. - Store in the small room behind the garbage bins in the kitchen and let us know so we can pick up. DO NOT put garbage bags outside the house. - All damage or issues with the house MUST BE reported. We do not charge for accidental damage if reported. - On check out, please clean and vacuum the house as you found it. Leave towels in the bathroom, sheets on beds, wash the dishes and put away. 🌿 Local Environment Tips Our home is surrounded by nature—here’s what to expect: Insects: Mosquito repellent is handy at dusk. Spray is provided for any indoor insects. Wild boars: Often seen at dusk—they are harmless, best leave them alone. Fireworks - Allowed on the beach
